CNBC Catalyst recently commissioned a vignette for the Guangzhou Municipal Government. The client engaged CNBC Catalyst to find ways to tap into CNBC’s international audience of influential and affluent business leaders to build on the city’s reputation as a business-friendly, open and inclusive commercial city.

The result was a vignette targeted at CNBC’s international reach of 381 million households across 140 countries.

The vignette highlights Guangzhou’s distinctive progress and promise as a hub of globalization and international exchanges. The campaign kicked off on 14 September 2016 on CNBC’s Asia Pacific before reaching an even wider audience when the vignette also aired on CNBC Europe two days later. The same vignette will then air in the US region from 7 November and completes its run at the end of the same month. The campaign is also developed for CNBC digital platforms, including, iPad, iPhone and Android mobile screens.
